Evaluation of Outsourcing Development in the Service Sector

The global pandemic has affected all sectors and disrupted not only supply chains but also had a particular impact on the range of services provided whole service sector. Outsourcing is used to adapt business environment changes. However, in scholarly literature, outsourcing analysed as complementary part manufacturing process—there lack research companies. This article analyses enablers groups. aim semi-structured interview was determine enablers, their significance each WTO (World Trade Organisation) group use provision core non-core services. results empirical study revealed that increasingly sector; however, vary depending services, nature company’s activities, needs they meet, public or for-profit.
